This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans and purchases made on CareerMauka (careermauka.in). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
CareerMauka offers subscription-based paid plans that provide access to premium features including unlimited ATS resume checks, detailed keyword analysis, and priority support.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided you have not used more than 5 ATS checks during that period.
- Technical issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Accounts that have been suspended due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Partial months or unused days remaining in a subscription period (except where a technical issue applies)
- One-time feature purchases that have been fully used
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at boringdude.in@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Order ID or payment reference number (from your Razorpay receipt)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
