CareerMauka is an AI-powered job match analyzer built for Indian job seekers. You can access our website at careermauka.in.
What information do we collect?
When you use CareerMauka, we collect the following:
Information you provide:
- Resume text you paste into our tools
- Job descriptions you paste for analysis
Information from Google Sign-In:
- Your name and email address (used to create your account)
- We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google data
How we use your information
- Your resume and job description are sent to Google Gemini AI to generate your match score and analysis. This data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.
- Your email address is used to identify your account and manage your free/Pro usage limits.
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not use your resume data for advertising.
Third-party services we use
- Google Gemini API – processes your resume and job description to generate an AI analysis
- JSearch API (RapidAPI) – fetches recent job listings based on your profile (Pro users)
- Google OAuth – handles secure sign-in with your Google account
- Razorpay – processes payments for Pro subscriptions (we do not store your card details)
Data retention
Resume text and job descriptions are not stored after your analysis is complete. Your account information (name and email) is kept as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request the deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

Cookies
We use a basic session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

CareerMauka is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
